We moved to upstate NY last year and are spending our first winter with lake effect snow. Between the snow an the salt, our greyhound's feet were so rough and sore. The other boots we had tried did not fit well and would fall off after taking just a few steps. We decided to give Snooties a try and have had such a great experience so far. The double velcro straps are very secure. They're able to stand up to snowy playtime and seem very comfortable on our dog's feet. Have and will continue to recommend these booties to all our greyhound friends!
We got our boy some snooties booties after trying hunny boots which did not stay on his feet at all and he LOATHED! He seemed pretty comfortable in the snooties booties but unfortunately within a few weeks the soles started peeling away from the material at the "heel", and we started getting holes in the back of the boots. We were told this was likely due to his feet being too large, but having him in an XL boot unfortunately the booties don't come in a larger size. We also found (maybe as we walk him on gravel a fair bit) the soles wore quite quickly most likely due to him doing the ol razzle dazzle after he pees which essentially shredded the bottom of the boots. Would definitely consider buying again if a larger size/hardier sole were available(or if we only walked on pavements/softer surfaces than gravel), and would still recommend these boots to other hound owners, particularly to protect against the hot pavements in summer.
These are great. My greyhound has a persistent corn which comes and goes sporadically. The boot really has helped him walk normally on the poorly paw and he doesn't object to wearing it either!!

Delivery to Canada was suprisingly quick! These are the only boots my greyhound will walk in. They seem to be holding up to Canadian winter conditions well.
