We have a beautiful 7 year old rescued racer who suffers with corns due to lower back and nerve pain that alters her gait which is being managed with medication and therapy. We use boots to help make walking a more pleasant experience for her. We have tried so many rubberised socks and different types of boots and nothing has been quite right… until now!! Not only are these boots the PERFECT shape for her long, slender feet and skinny legs, they offer just the right amount of support beneath her pads without being too rigid and resulting in her classic greyhound freeze. Gone are the days of needing to use extra straps to keep them on, needing to pad boots out with baby socks because they are too wide or coming home with 3 boots instead of 4 because one has fallen off again… The magic Velcro of the Snooties design means that we are not constantly losing boots on walks and they are so easy to put on and take off… they are lightweight and comfortable for her and she is very happy when wearing them! It also helps that the colours are GORGEOUS and lilac is totally her vibe, plus they have piping that shows up in the dark so she looks like a little glow in the dark prancing pony at night time! Over the years I have probably purchased between 20-30 different types of greyhound footwear to help her walk easier but these have been on her feet every day since they arrived… they are fantastic! We will be popping an order in for another set or two soon!!
Love Snooties and so does our 12yo greythound, but, the just don’t last, this is our 6th pair, they last us about 2 month per pair before they wear out at the back
Due to nails had to by largest size. Really helping her walk with a painful corn. I wish I could purchase slightly narrower ones as they work their way loose. I have to keep checking behind me that they are still on her paws.
My greyhound loves them! He walks so much better with them and is so comfortable on all kinds of terrain! There was a bit of a learning curve to putting them on correctly so would’ve loved an instructional video covering that!
These are the second pair I've purchased and am pleased that they adhere better than the first pair.
