Really appreciated the friendly, efficient customer service when I needed to arrange return & refund of Snooties Boots (unfortunately even the XL boots did not fit our greyhound who is at the high end of foot measurement range).
These booties are so easy to put on my greyhound and she walked with them on straight away. I bought them for Willow as her front paw pads had become sensitive to rough surfaces and they have worked perfectly.
Very good quality but sizing all wrong.
Great product which came halfway across the world in good time! My hound has adapted to wearing his Snooties without any bother. I was impressed by the speed of delivery and the friendly and efficient service.
My dog tolerates these boots much better than others we have tried (she's never going to love the idea of boots), and they're both well made and fit well. More importantly, when I had a problem with my order, the company responded very quickly and set things right very quickly. An excellent experience overall.
